By downloading, installing, or using Forge90 ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Fitness & medical disclaimer

Forge90 provides general fitness workout programming and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. You assume all risk of injury resulting from participating in workouts offered through the App.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Forge90 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Changes to the app or these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
